Itinerary
- Collecting you from your accomodation we visit the Outeniqua transport museum in George a treasure trove of vintage rail and road locomotives, cars, trucks, etc showcasing South Africas transportation history.
- Departing on a power van a refurbished service train we motor out of town up into the Outiniqau mountains on Montague pass for an hour of tunnels bridges and heavinley vistas of the surrounding area. Stopping for an inclusive picnic soaking up the view. Back down the mountain ends a memorable trip for young and old alike.
Tour Two

Itinerary
- Collecting you from your accomodation we head to Mossel Bay to visit the Bartolomeu Dias Maritime mueseum center home to a life size Caravel sailing ship a replica that he sailed around The Cape of Good Hope over 500 years ago. Including a shell mueseum, the first post office plus a complex of original stone houses and a garden of indigenous plants makes up an interesting variety of history.
- Driving up to the famous St Blaize Lighthouse built in 1864 and still functioning you have the option to climb to the top of the lighthouse for a panoramic view of the bay. It also boasts a distillery and restaurant where you can enjoy the view over lunch.
- Point of human origin is a world heritage site and home to the earliest human inhabitants in Southern Africa. Here we are guided for 1.5 hours up a steep walkway to a cave where we learn about their life relating to weather, tools, weapons and diet of these stone age people.
